.sublime-workspace file corruption causing auto completions to stop working

I’ve just spent the last few hours trying to hunt down why auto completions wasn’t working.

It was down to the .sublime-workspace files.

As soon as I deleted them and opened the associated .sublime-project file to open the project auto completions started to work again.

Has anyone had this issue before?

auto competition is not working for me too, but I don’t know why

I disabled all my plugins first which didn’t work.

I then renamed the user folder ...\Packages\User to something different and found the issue went away.

This is where I store my project files so your setup may differ.

Expect to be a while finding the exact issue.
