Sublime Text wants to make changes (OS X Mojave)

Hi
I’ve been searching and may have missed the answer to this question - apologies if so …
Just got notified of the (most recent) upgrade and followed accordingly.
Sublime Text App is in the Applications Folder
Every time I now attempt to save a file I get a dialog from OS X requesting permission (Sublime Text wants to make changes)

Can I avoid this behaviour ?

I’m on Mojave 10.14.6 also but I don’t have this problem. Can you take screenshot of the dialog? Maybe try reinstalling also.

Where are you trying to save your files? Maybe it’s not in your user’s directory?
Also - how did you install your ST? Installing via Homebrew may be an easy solution.
