No matter what I keep getting this error

I don’t think it’s a failed upgrade, just mentioning that the package doesn’t exist in the default channel any more due to it being removed, therefore it can’t check for updates
well whats annoying is everytime it starts up. A pop=up dialog also shows up.So wanted to figure out how to fix that.
