Sublime Text on offline computer

Is there a way to install sublime text and activate it with a valid license on a completely offline computer?

I know there is currently no time limit on the trial version of sublime text so I could install it offline and simply use the trial but I would like to avoid the popup notifications asking for license activation.

Sublime Text does not require an internet connection. Once you purchase a license and enter it, you will no longer receive the evaluation reminder popup.
