Why put a “Message” button on the moderator’s page, and then inform me that I’m not permitted to send a message? Why do we park on driveways and drive on parkways? 
In the event, I’ll just post here that I observed a guy selling an app called “Sublime Text Editor” on Google Play app store. This would seem to be an egregious trampling of the HQ’s IP rights. And not in a good way, judging from the app reviews.
