sublime text it wouldn't open

When I upgraded within sublime text it wouldn’t open, rebooting the system and uninstalling and reinstalling wouldn’t open it

Does it start in safe mode? What version are you using? What Operating System are you using?

I have the same problem.

I’m using build 4166 on Windows 10, safe mode won’t open.

I can start sublime from anaconda command line, but cannot start from normal command prompt.

Sublime Merge has the same problem.

Starting sublime text from other folder (not C:\Program Files\Sublime Text) in cmd works, but few seconds later error shows.

I have Python 3.10.9 installed.

Do you have an anti-virus or similar software that could be interfering?
