Sublime Text is not going in trial period

Hi,

I got a new laptop and decided to try ST 3’s dev build. So I registered here and downloaded dev build. But after it has installed. ST is not allowing me to use it without entering license key.

Any idea why is that?

I am on windows 10. Using dev build 3142.

Dev builds are only for licensed users. You’ll need to use the beta (https://www.sublimetext.com/3) if you haven’t purchased a license.

Thanks. I thought the trial period is same for beta and dev builds both,
