Sublime Text installs on my PC, but won't launch!

Hello… maybe someone can help…

I just dowloaded Sublime Text… the file appears to have downloaded just fine…but it is not launching, and when I right click to open the installer, nothing happens… anyone have tips?

I have Windows vista, 64 bit system…

Vista is incompatible with the ST3 installer - you will need to either upgrade your OS or use ST2 for now. There are other recent threads on the forum with more details.
