Sublime Text Freezes on startup

Hi

Every time I start Sublime Text it immediately freezes and does not respond.
I’m using build 3211 on a 64-bit Windows 10 machine.
How do I fix this?

Have you tried reverting to a freshly installed state?

That solved the problem.
It was the file
AppData/Roaming/Sublime Text 3/LocalSession.sublime_session
that was corrupt. Removing that file solved the problem.
