Sublime Text forcing me to save file

Whenever I open new empty window in sublime text, it forces me to save file when I try to open another file or folder and even I can’t close sublime text or I can’t change window.
What should I do?

Does it happen in safe mode?

No, in Normal mode, but haven’t check in safe mode
