Sublime Text - Code Collapse

#1

Issue

Collapsing certain portions of code is a great and necessary thing. However, it doesn’t save that state. This is an issue if you are working on big portions of code and sometimes you want to hide certain portions unless you really need them for simplicity, usability and readability.

It works perfectly but as soon as I close my laptop it disappears and I would have to it all over again.

Collapsed looks perfect it just doesn’t save the current state.

You can try using the AutoFoldCode extension

This is the way brother. Thanks a lot.

Note to sublime team…
This should be default behaviour.

Glad to be a help.

Just a note: If you are wanting to edit its settings you will want to disable it first, then enable it after editing its settings, since otherwise it overwrites your settings.

Oh that is odd. Thanks a lot.

Also, is there any way to choose priority of which package loads first in Sublime. I would like this package to be the first to load.

There is not; packages load in a very specific order so that the modifications that they apply are done in determinate way.

Any chance we make this a built in tool?
