Sublime Text 4107 coexists with 3.2.2

In ARP entry we have observed the change in installer

AppName Version NormalizedVersion InstallDate

Sublime Text 3 7/8/2021 12:00:00 AM

Current version

PS C:> Get-AddRemoveSoftware -ApplicationName Sublime

AppName Version NormalizedVersion InstallDate

Sublime Text 7/8/2021 12:00:00 AM

Previously 2 versions of sublime text never used to coexist but observed the change for build 4107 and 3.2.2

This is done deliberately in order to allow people to evaluate the next major version while still using the old one. Note that the same was likely done in the ST2 -> ST3 transition.
