Sublime Text 4 wont open but i can see on task manager

yasterday i have install ST4 and run normaly
but today the ST4 wont open but show on task manager, i have try to kill process and reopen and reinstall ST4 but still not opened

im using Windows 10 (x64)

btw i do not change any ST4 default settings

Does it start if you move your session file? If so would you be able to share that file?
