Sublime Text 4 without installing Package Control?

ST may not be useful without PC. However, packages may distract. Sublime can handle the following?

  1. Rough neck coding?

  2. Can we desktop 2 Sublime versions, one rough neck, one packaged?

  3. Plain Text button… how to add Html and Css - without pc?

Good answers or crazy assumptions?

  1. Go for it!

  2. Need a response from the ST developer team… mac Libraries a total freak out.

  3. Click on the ‘get more’ option at bottom of Plain Text popup. Quit and re-open Sublime. Wow… 50 other languages now appear in that Plain Text popup, Including CSS and HTML that I click to select.

Can we run ST-CSS and ST-HTML together?

Now the default Plain Text is replaced with HTML. CSS is there, too. But no code completions?
