I have used ST3 on my mba mid 2015,MacOS Monterey 12.5, recently I upgrade to ST4 4126, but whenever I execute it, it crashes immediately
I use the terminal and key in “subl --safe-mode” to open it in safe mode, but sadly I get the reply
“Failed to receive exit code from application”
On macOS you can launch safe mode with a key combination: https://www.sublimetext.com/docs/safe_mode.html. If you have a license I also suggest checking the development releases.
I have tried this method to launch it in safe mode, but it still crash immediately, I don’t know why this terrible things happened

If you launch the “Console” application under macOS you should be able to view the crash report from the “Crash Reports” tab on the left hand side. Pasting the full report here would be ideal.

I don’t know why its process name is python3.8, but it shows up in the crash report every time when I try to open Sublime Text in the directory of Application, either in the normal mode or in safe mode.
