I really like using vintage mode. However, I can find very little information about it.
The docs themselves point to old and outdated information.

I can’t even find where the package is at? Or how I can access the settings for it to change/add key bindings?
As far as I’m aware that’s the only information that’s available for that particular package.
The package itself isn’t in the Packages or Installed Packages folders because it’s shipped with Sublime, but you can use PackageResourceViewer to see what the package contains , what settings are available and what the default key bindings are.
I’ve never used it myself, but it does seem like an odd omission that it doesn’t integrate with Sublime like other packages do, although that may be because it originated in Sublime Text 2 or something along those lines.
