Sublime Text 3 shows error trying to parse file

I think my sublime text 3 has crashed after my laptop was suddenly shutdown. While I am trying to open sublime text 3, it shows me the following error and I am unable to open sublime text. I and its freaking me out.

It shows error as :

Error trying to parse file: Expected value in Packages\SublimeLinter\menus\Main.sublime-menu:1:1

Can anyone help me please?

I highly doubt the error message says:

but anyway, just delete the file that got corrupted
