Sublime Text 3 - License obrigatory

Hello, im using ubuntu 64x, for programing in ruby, but when i have installed and executed the The Sublime Text 3, open a tab like below, obligating me to enter the code, but i dont have it one and cant buy one D:

You can’t use Sublime Text 3 without a valid license. You’ll need to use Sublime Text 2, or buy a license.

You only need a license for the DEV builds. The Beta builds are “free for all” and available here: sublimetext.com/3
