Sublime text 3 - Lagging while typing

Sublime text began to extremely lag while typing.
I have already uninstalled all plugins and set hardware_acceleration to none, but it didn’t help.
How can I get rid of this problem, it makes sublime text unusable.

Does it happen in safe mode?

ST 3 has no safe mode

It also doesn’t have hardware acceleration, so I presume they’re using ST4.

I’ve reinstalled sublime text , all plugins and it looks like problem was gone.

the issue came out again after installing Tabnine plugin, but I changed it to Kite and again editor works great
