Sublime text 3 have not recieved package updates for a long time

Hello,
I noticed that my copy of version 3211 have not received package updates for a long time.

I compared the latest downloaded cache file Cache\Package Control\http_cache\[md5] of version 3211 and version 4126, and found that they are different:

the cached json file of version 3211 showed the latest date of any updated package is 2021-06-13, while version 4126 showed the lastet date of any updated package is today.

I’m not sure what have caused the problem, does version 3.x lost support and can’t recieve package updates, or I have a wrong setting entry?

ST3 is still supported by Package Control 3.4.x.

Clearing http_cache folder triggers re-downloading latest catalogs.

Any errors in console?

I enable debug and find that a long time ago I replaced the default channel with one which has stopped updating 9 months ago. I remove it and add the default channel “https://packagecontrol.io/channel_v3.json”, now I can update the outdated package.
