Sublime text 3 error for uninstalling and installing more than 2 times

#1

Help me l do not know what else to do, the first time I installed it was fine, then I uninstalled it because I don’t remember installing it because my pc was slow, I uninstalled and installed the program, I open it, but this time I get the message “Error trying to parse file: Expected value in Packages\Default\Main.sublime-menu:1:1” and then another message "Error trying to parse file: Expected value in Packages\ZZZZZZZZ-Menu located\Main.sublime-menu:1 :1 ” then I opened the program but the options or the menu above were missing, then a message appears about the new version available, I download it and at the end it says “The update installer could not be started” I accept and the program closes itself , from the second time uninstall it and install it always the same thing happened to me.
Sorry if there are some errors in the text.

That sounds like files are missing from the install. How did you install/uninstall, what version of ST and what platform are you on?

If files are missing, I use version 3211 for Windows 8.1. I uninstalled the program and then the file to install the program.

Did you use the uninstaller that we ship or some external program? Are you installing using the installer from our website or something else?

I don’t use anything to install/uninstall the file, on the official Sublime page I download the file to install SB 3

It appears LocalizedMenu package has created some broken overrides for resources (Menu).

Easiest way is probably to revert to freshly installed state to get rid of broken files.

You can probably start with removing %APPDATA%\Sublime Text 3\Packages\Default and %APPDATA%\Sublime Text 3\Packages\ZZZZZZZ/-LocalizedMenu.
