Sublime Text 3 3083 crashes windows 7 64 during install

I tried to install Sublime Text 3 3083. It immediately crashed and caused a reboot in my my windows 7 64bit.
I’m happy to send debug information, but I need to know what you need.
I’m using a 4K (3840x2160) monitor, otherwise the system is fairly normal.
