Sublime Text 2 will not launch

When I tried to launch Sublime today, I got the error of: trying to parse settings: Expected value in C:\Users\nasca_000\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 2\Packages\User\Preferences.sublime-settings1:1. I tried to reinstall everything but nothing worked.
