Sublime Text 2 Broken Everything on fresh install OS X 10.9

The following occurs on a fresh install for Sublime Text 2 on Mac OS X 10.9 (see attached screenshot).

Steps taken so far…

  1. Remove from Applications folder
  2. Re-install App
  3. Restart Computer
  4. Re-open Sublime
  5. Band head against wall (rinse and repeat)

Note: I also lost all functionality in Packages like sidebar enhancements and quick key commands to open the files sidebar quickly. Many other Packages have broke along with some UI
weirdness in things like tabs which go completely black not to mention text showing up oddly (or not at all sometimes).

This is due to Flatland theme. It is breaking everything in ST2.
