I purchased a private license on may 6th and it’s still asking me to purchase one. Idk what I did wrong. I’ve email sublime directly and they haven’t replied.

I never got a code to put in. I see on the app where I would put it in if I had it. Was I supposed to get an email with it?
Do you happen to know the process of how it all goes down? I typed in my email, my name at the bottom and then chose my paypal as the method of payment. I thought that would be it since I clicked the prompt box from sublime itself. After I paid etc. etc. I get another pop up from sublime asking me to pay. I never got a confirmation email with a license key. Nothing, even the site doesnt recognized my email and support isn’t emailing me back.
By support I assume you mean sales (sales@sublimetext.com)? Once the payment has been confirmed by paypal we generate and send a license key to your email.
I’ve search the same date I purchased and for ‘sublime’ as a keyword in my gmail and can’t find anything.
Anyone reading through this with same problem. It was because I mixed up my emails ending. Just contact through the support emails and they’ll get back to you in a day. Problem fixed!!!
