Hi, guys, I have an issue. Then I’m trying fetch updates I have message like: “Unable to fetch updates” and if I want to proceed on main site to download latest version in refuses my connection. Please, check your firewall settings seems like you’ve banned whole subnet and my ip is 110.54.243.163

I do not see a reason to block people from accessing ST’s server. I guess it is done reversely.
Just wonder if you somehow have the following content in your hosts file?
127.0.0.1 www.sublimetext.com
127.0.0.1 license.sublimehq.com

No, of course I’m legit user with an original license. I’ll try to check with my ISP, maybe they did smth.

Probably the usual russian ISP bullshit that’s been going on for the last few months, which makes certain IP ranges unavailable from time to time. You might wanna setup a permanent VPN / SSH tunnel / socks proxy for cases like these.
