Sublime resets back to original condition everytime i close it on mac m1

every time i open my sublime this screen comes (top image ) please help i setup everthing and now every time i re open sublime its just back to that screen

like if this is the screen and then i save it and close the sublime and open again it just blank and back to untitled

You can view the settings under Sublime Text > Preferences > Settings. Do they also get reset and if not what settings are you using?

I am using the default setting i guess i have attached the image
they dont get reset however because it default i guess

The pane on the right contains your user configuration, if that isn’t empty (ie. {}) then it isn’t being reset. Can you try reverting to a freshly installed state?
