Hi,
I got 2 pdf files. both contain null bytes and one of the file open with UTF-8 encoding and the other with hex view.
I have the “enable_hexadecimal_encoding”: true.
Can’t figure out why Sublime does not behave consistently when opening those 2 files.
I would expect both files to open in hex or in UTF-8
