Hi,
Is it only me?
Reproduction steps:
On Windows 10 open Sublime
Click File so drop menu appears
Then Sublime detects one of the changed files which were previously opened (reproduce that by doing some output redirect from some process run in command line)
Then Sublime opens dialog box with question about reloading
The result is that Sublime is blocked. The menu is floating around. You can’t do anything about that. You have to restart Windows.
Note that I have limited privileges on that computer so I can’t kill that from task bar.
