Is there any way to create a stash with a name in Sublime Merge?

The Optional Message stage of creating a stash is to set the stash name.

Note: message is the official git terminology as seen in the official docs

That’s for the update (sorry for delay in reply as was ooo). Yes, I see that now. Wasn’t exactly clear to me as I thought that selecting stash was going to run the stash command (on the right side it says: ‘Select to run command’), however, it first presents you with the ‘Optional Message’ where you can specify the name of the stash. Thanks again.

It doesn’t seem to work that way any more. The prompt doesn’t change to optional message and there appears to be no way to set a message. This is bad.

first you need to press Enter and only then enter the name
