Similarly how I can quickly enter a new commit message in ZSH, by typing several characters and then pressing up arrow for all previous messages that start with my first few chars.
Example:
I want to start my commit message with "[sublime] ", so I type in “[s” then press up and it starts cycling through previous commit messages that started with “[s”.
