Sublime keeps downloading wrong build version

I tried to update sublime to the latest version but once I did that, I kept getting a pop up to enter license number but I am using the free version. I did a fresh install and I noticed during installation that the build version number is 3210-1 which is the dev build, instead of build number 3211, even though I am using the free build link https://www.sublimetext.com/3

I am on Centos

You probably followed the directions to add the dev channel yum repo to your machine instead of the stable channel.
