Sublime HQ on Vacation?

I purchased Sublime Merge on 8/20 and still have not received a license key. I’ve email support twice and sales once and have not received a response from either email address.

What’s going on over there?!

FYI, yesterday, immediately after I placed my order for ST & SM (21-Aug-2023 @ ~8pm), I received an email reply with my license key.

It included an html of the invoice. Maybe that triggered a spam filter…

I’ve been watching spam and all emails. I have received nothing from them other than the PayPal email that shows me paying for it.

AFIK, licenses are generated and sent automatically.

If the order was correctly registered, maybe https://www.sublimehq.com/store/retrieve_key can help to resend license.
