hi
i have problems opening files from the command line. from the terminal i do:
subl3 file.txt
sublimetext opens the file, but it is not editable and sublimetext menus (ie command palette) doesn’t work, also user setttings don’t open, actually sublime is kind of only half working.
this odd behaviour only happens sometimes! 
and only if no instance is already running.
any help appreciated. i’m running sublime-text 3 build 3114 on arch linux 64 bit.
