What’s causing these ] to appear between quote-comma?

For example:

On this page: Completion Triggers

I make enough typos, I don’t need’m packaged for me.

The forum used to be run using different software, and these errors crept in as part of the migration process from the old forum to the new one.Occasionally the issue is also that required ] characters are missing instead of added.

When I get up to speed, I’ll fix it.

Note that the missing characters are 99% of the time [, not ].

When I see those ] I wonder what other chars were added, or missing.

I was editing jbak2 keyboard xml on android… it allows random text between the tags! Makes sense. Great for notes. Back in the PC world, getting errors in this pasted snippet, but nothing wrong… I fixed the ] already… what else? I had test text at the end of the keymap file. doh.
