How so?
I somewhat regularly clean out the cache folder as I am debugging things and haven’t run into a problem yet.

i dont know why, but
installing 3103 > open st > close st > reinstall 3109
fixed the issue

My question was more of, in what way does Sublime Text not work after clearing the cache?

it doesn’t open, and had to force close it everytime,
i’ve also restarted the pc but nothing changed,
the only solution was to install another version.
