I was trying to install a new theme (flatland) via package controller. so I package removed two existing themes first.
Then, after I installed flatland theme all of a sudden sublime crashed and on reopen I have a very odd white screen. Shortcut to package control no longer works. Nothing seems to work correctly.
Anybody have any ideas?

Remove any theme settings in your user settings file. Sublime should fall back to its default theme.
As a last resort you can always revert: sublimetext.com/docs/3/revert.html
