Sublime bad on Mac bootable enclosure

#1

I have a Mac pro OS X 10.11.5 (SIP) external disk enclosure

Sublime not working on boot to external disk. Very +++ buggy and no package control = SHITTY

If install to bootable OSX 10.11.5 external gets somehow linked into internal disk and gets shitty. I install bootable OS X 10.11.5 internal disk and try use external disks gets shitty.

SIP maybe, you think? Me too, but… BIG butt.
For unknown reason, ever since license Sublime on new install of OSX (command-option-R install on clean disk)… then goddamn Atom auto installs and starts storage all files opened with Sublime. After a week, Atom is storing all files edited - PDF, PNG, HTML… EVERYTHING!
Real bad news: Atom is not in Applications folder!

  1. Why is Atom stealing focus from Sublime
  2. Certified Sublime-Atom shotgun wedding (blasting my wheels)?
  3. WTF (btw, Atom is super crappy coder)?

Sublime Text stores your session info, customized settings and package in ~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3/.

OS X 10.11.5 and 10.11.6 both ignore external boot disk ~Libs and use internal disk ~Libs… This internal runtime hogging must be SIP. But also (unwelcome hacker?)…

Atom dmg anywhere on internal or external disk, SIP disables external boot Package Control AND Sublime Text License. License is ignored by external OS X since Atom-SIP force use of internal OS X ~Libs when booted to external OS X Libs.

Removing all traces of Atom from all disks except external boot disk link to Atom home page, Atom reinstalls itself. Package Control/License grief all over again. Atom must be completely removed, no link. Then OS X reinstall to at least internal disk, and Sublime Text works great on external disk, except creepy unlinked flash to Atom home page in Epic Browser! Reinstall internal and external simultaneously, then ST3 sweet. Return Atom link to external data disk, ST3 still sweet for over a month now.

Atom is trashing Sublime Text?
