During crashes - Sublime saves my content, but it seems that, it doesn’t save all – last 2-3 minutes data is not saved. Is there anyway I can decrease the time of autosave or set it to like 100-milliseconds, to be more safe and save more data (like that is lost in last 2-3 minutes) whatever I added?

Sublime Text saves the session every 30 seconds. This is not configurable. I suggest saving files to disk and using the "save_on_focus_lost" setting or manually saving frequently.
