Strange font-face used in commit headers and graph

#1

The font-face being used in the commit section headings and for the username and timestamp in the graph do not look like what I’ve seen in other screenshots. Where is this font-face coming from and can I change it?

I am using Windows 7 and I do have ST3 installed as well.

By default on Windows it should be using your “system” font, which should be Segoe UI. If that can’t be loaded, it should be defaulting to “MS Sans Serif”. From the screenshot it looks like it is using Fixed Sys, or something else weird, mostly due to the spacing.

Thanks for the help. It looks like restoring the system’s default font settings has fixed it.

For future reference, would you mind explaining what exact step(s) you took to resolve it?

Instructions for restoring default font settings in Windows 7:

  1. Open Fonts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Fonts.
  2. In the left pane, click Font settings.
  3. Click Restore default font settings.
  4. Logout of Windows and then log back in
