For some time now, it has happened to me (several times a day) to have a strange cursor that does not allow me to type text. A video seems appropriate because I have never seen this behavior elsewhere.

It lasts a couple of minutes, and affects only the current tab.
Then flys away until next time (closing / reopening the tab fixes it, but most of the times I find myself in vsc…)
It’s frustrating, do you know what it is and how to fix it? I don’t know what causes the behavior, so it’s difficult to test specific packages. But here are those that are installed:
