Stop "binary files can only be decoded on macOS" message on Windows

#1

Hi,

I’ve searched for a solution to this but don’t seem able to find anything. After a recent update I keep getting the message 'binary files can only be decoded on macOS" on Sublime Text 3 (Build 3114) for Windows. I thought that maybe adding

"enable_hexadecimal_encoding": false

would stop this but that doesn’t seem to work. I presume I missed the message that told me which setting I needed to apply; can someone fill me in? Thanks.

It sounds like a third-party package is sending that message. Sublime Text itself always refers to it as OS X, or osx.

Thanks Will, I’ll disable the plugins one by one and track it down.
