Stino is deleted in SB3 and SB2

#1

Hi,
I need a little help with this plugin: https://github.com/Robot-Will/Stino used to work with Arduino boards. I’m writing because this pluing seems to be not longer supported by the original developer, and in the last weeks start to happen an issue where is impossible to make it works.

The installation of this plugin must be done manually because the developer was working with it, it was totally funtional.
The steps for installing the plugin recomended for him are:

1. Disable your current installation of Stino to avoid menu mix-up:

Click the menu Preferences->Package Control->Disable Package->Arduino-like IDE

2.Install the new-stino branch:

Download the new-stino branch of Stino as a zip file, and extract it
Click the menu Preferences->Browse Packages…
Copy the extracted Stino-new-stino folder into the Packages folder
Restart Sublime Text

3.Configure your working folders:

Arduino folder: click the menu Arduino->Preferences->Select Arduino Application Folder
Sketchbook folder: click the menu Arduino->Preferences->Change Sketchbook Folder
Build folder: click the menu Arduino->Build Options->Select Build Folder
Force menu update: click the menu Arduino->Update Menu

I appreciate any correction in the manual installation

So, now when I do this, I restart SB3 I can see the new text “Arduino” after the “help” menu, but when I open it all of the option are disabled (grey). If I go to the package folder I see there is not the Stino-new-stino folder and if I unzip it again, after some seconds or when I restart the SB3 it’s deleted again.

In the github of the project reports the same issue in SB2 too.
Someone know what can be happening?

EDIT:
I noticed the console is showin the text: Package Control: No updated packages after delete the Stino folder
