Static Sidebar folder/excluded from project files

#1

The team I work with has a server folder containing various files, ranging from templates, snippets, and other reference files. This folder is strictly for reference and is not a project folder. The various files I work on throughout the day get saved into many different areas so I do not make use of project folders.

I’m looking for a way to get the reference folder to be available in the side bar automatically every time I open Sublime Text 3 and/or exclude it from being a project folder. As it is now, I have to drag it over into the sidebar upon launch (not that big of a deal), but since it is considered a project folder as well, when I try and use find and replace on a bunch of open files, it is also going through and trying to replace things in the reference files as well.

Is there a plugin available that can help me achieve part or all of what I’m trying to achieve?

Thanks!

I just added the functionality to “sticky” a folder to the sidebar for all the projects in package “SideBarFolders”

Just add it to the preferences
github.com/titoBouzout/SideBarF … gs#L25-L27"

github.com/titoBouzout/SideBarFolders

For the other issue, it looks impossible >.<
