I’ve just released a Stata Package for Sublime Text 2. It is a port of the Stata bundle for Textmate. It includes syntax highlighting and a build system. Check it out here: github.com/rpowers/sublime_stata

Too bad it is only available for OS X at the moment.

Any plans for a Windows and a Linux version?

There’s a plugin available on Package Control called “Stata Enhanced”.

For windows users, StataEditor uses Stata automation to interact directly with Stata.
