ST4: What happened to Package Control?

On ST4, I can’t seem to use Package Control. It is nowhere to be found.

First, by doing CTRL+Shift+p and typing “package control”, or “install” or “remove”, nothing shows up. By going to “Tools” and trying to find “Install Package Control”, nothing shows up either. There is no such option. I probably already have it installed? Yet, I can’t seem to use it. Where is it?

What is going on? Anyone can reproduce?

Is it somehow listed in ignored_packages in your Preferences → Settings?

Yes it was. What the hell… Did it add it there somehow and somewhy?

When during a package being upgrade, the package will be put in ignored_packages until the upgrade is done. If Package Control tries to upgrade itself, it’s possible that it gets still in ignored_packages. But there seems no upgrade for Package Control recently though.
