ST4: Set cmd+0 to last file in tab (similar behavior as Chrome)

This will be great when having lots of file opened, to choose the last one by CMD+0.

I believe this is useful as in some cases, I have to count which number the last tab is to switch to it. W/ cmd+0, it can be brainlessness done.
