ST4: Regression -- autocomplete is now more limited

Scenario

• ST4 autocomplete appears to be more limited than ST3
• ST4 appears to require the user to enter “Plain Text” syntax mode to complete strings that appear in comments
• ST3 does not require the user to enter “Plain Text” syntax mode to complete strings that appear in comments

Workaround

• while in python syntax, place a comment character at the beginning of the line, after step02, then attempt step03 and the completion should work.
