Has anyone noticed ST3 is very laggy on macOS 10.12. Not sure where to start debugging this so I figured I would see if anyone else had the same issue.

Same here. I’ll start removing some of the packages that were recently upgraded…

Keep in mind that the macOS 10.12 is still in open beta, and it may have some bugs. So, this slowness may be caused by the OS, not the software. You can also send a report to apple via their feedback tool specifying the kind of problem you’re having. However, it’s ok to place your problem here, just in case.
