Opening Sublime Text without any files gives me a window without any tabs, like this one:
If I change my color scheme through the menu, it doesn’t update completely.
Notice how the top part of the window still uses the colors from the first scheme. I tried resizing and moving the window to try to force a redraw, but it didn’t do anything.
When I type, a tab is created and the top of the window immediately updates properly.
I’m using Sublime Text 3 build 3041 on OS X. Sublime Text 2 build 2220 does not have this bug.
